A project designing modern living in a smaller village on the suburbia of a big city. Exploring the possibilities of creating a pleasant and calm family surrounding by the means of refreshing modern architecture which is not agressive to the neighbouring old settlement. Concentrated on a wide range of progressive housing typologies from single family houses to lowrise apartment buildings this development offers not only restricted residential zones but also an open layout with many possibilities for free time activities.
